You can renew your Gold or Standard Membership in person at Guest Experiences on your next visit, over the phone on (01302) 535057 or via the direct debit portal below.

Blue Light Card


If you're a Blue Light card holder and you're wishing to renew, we're offering 50% off full price Standard Membership ONLY (excluding direct debit memberships). This can be done over the phone or in person at Guest Services. Please call our Contact Centre on 01302 535057.

For a new Membership we're offering 40% off full price Standard Memberships (excluding direct debit memberships).
For online purchases use the code " BLUE40 " in the discount code box at checkout.

Offer runs from 26th December 2024 until 31st March 2025. Please note; this is a high demand product so there may be queuing at guest services and on the phone lines. Up to 6 memberships can be purchased by each Blue Light Card holder.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Proof of BLC will be required when collecting your Memberships. Standard terms and conditions apply. The Blue Light Card holder MUST be present.

^Annual Memberships can be renewed up to 3 months prior to the expiry date. The member must visit the Park, in order to collect their new pass in person. Renewals will run from the expiry date of the previous Membership.

- Other restrictions may be temporarily implemented to ensure that gate capacity is safely managed.
- Membership cannot be used for Educational Visits to Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

We accept blue badge holder ID’s, PIP and DLA as valid proof. This will only need to be presented at purchase point/initial pick up of membership card.

The carer is a non named individual that is present to support your during your visit. It does not need to be the same person on each visit.

Yes. Just call into the Guest Services building on arrival of your visit and we can transfer your membership to an accessible membership. Please remember to bring valid proof of disability on this visit.
