The Yorkshire Hive, Polar Bear Santas Grotto and Yorkshire Wildlife Park remain open during the day but some areas of the park may be temporarily closed. For safety reasons the Christmas Fair will remain shut.

I'm a standard membership holder, can I upgrade to Gold?

Members can upgrade to Gold at our Guest Services building.

Unfortunately this cannot be done over the phone as you will need to hand in your old membership card in exchange for gold.
