Age Suitability: The Rhino Experience is suitable for people over the age of 8. PLEASE NOTE: All children must be accompanied by a full paying participating adult aged 16+ (see rates below).
Price: £300 for 2 people (additional person £75pp)
Price includes entry into Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
Duration: 30 minutes
Maximum number of people: A minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people are permitted on the Rhino Experience.
Accessibility: This experience is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility issues. We recommend that visitors with restricted mobility please ring our visitor services team on 01302 535057 to discuss individual requirements before booking.
Availability: This experience is available year-round on select dates.
Check in time: 1 hour before the experience start time.
Booking information
Clothing: Sensible footwear (closed toe) and clothing are required on the experience. We advise you to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Covid-19 Guidelines: All guests, including children, must wear a face mask for any animal experience. Anyone who is medically exempt or refuses to wear a face mask cannot do this experience.
CCTV Viewable: YWP uses CCTV footage in the Rhino house to live feed images to guests visiting the park from time to time. Screens are in public areas for guests to view the live images. Therefore, when you are in the Rhino House, your image may be viewable on the screens on Africa walkway. If you do not want to appear on these screens please mention it to a member of the team and we will adapt your experience accordingly.
