Book Universal Credit Admission Tickets
From your booking time, you have up to 2 hours after your chosen time slot to enter the park. However, please be aware of our final entry times.
Need to know before you go
Terms of Entry
- Must be booked online in advance of the day of visit. No method of onsite/on the day purchase is possible. A booking confirmation will need to be represented on the gate for admission.
- A maximum of 6 tickets available per transaction.
- A receipt of benefit/proof of eligibility will need to be presented on the gate for admission.
- The benefit claimant must be one of the guests visiting and the booking must be made in the claimants name.
- A named ID must be presented on the gate for admission and this must match the name on the booking reference and the receipt of benefit. (Passport, Driving license, bank card)
- We have the right to withdraw the offer at any point without notice.
- All Universal Credit ticket purchases will follow all full Yorkshire Wildlife Park terms and conditions.
- Universal credit tickets are only available for general admission.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
